During your first consultation with Cathy's team, you can expect a 30-45 minute meeting where your licensed officiant will get to know you, collect personal information, and review the ceremony outline to help you choose what to include on your special day. This meeting will also address the legal details of your ceremony, such as the process for obtaining your marriage license and the timeline for your officiant to submit your marriage certificate to the office of the Registrar General or city clerk. Cathy also offers a unique, password-protected planning platform that allows you to personalize your ceremony at your own pace and with endless possibilities.

Collaboration among vendors is essential for creating a smooth, cohesive wedding. Teamwork is especially important between DJs and officiants, as proper coordination keeps your ceremony flowing smoothly, with music playing at all the right moments without disruption. You can expect our team to reach out to your officiant in advance of wedding day, arrive at your wedding venue early and communicate with your officiant before the start of the ceremony to minimize interruptions, help synchronize key moments, and create a polished, professional environment.

If the location of the marriage ceremony and reception are the same, you have the option to add your ceremony to our Dancing Duo package. If you secure our Full Monty package, the ceremony is already included! We’ll help you select the perfect music for your guests' arrival and choose the key songs for your entrances, register signing, and grand exit as a married couple.
